Just for You
(Rocktown Ink, #6)
by Sherilee Gray
After one hot night together, I thought Addison Belle was finally mine. I was wrong.
She’s made it clear she’s not interested in more. Until a night out drinking has her revealing her true feelings. Addie still wants me. Only something’s holding her back. I should leave her alone. She’s too young, too sweet, but I can’t give her up.
So when she passes out drunk in my truck, I do what I have to. I take her home with me to the mountains. She knows the inked-up biker, but she doesn’t know the mountain man—or the part of me capable of fulfilling every raw and dirty fantasy she’s ever had.
I see the pain in her gorgeous eyes, her need to escape. Addie’s silently begging for someone to hold her down, to stop her spinning out of control—and I’m the man to do it, whatever it takes.
~ BOOK REVIEW for Just for You ~
*****(5) out of 5 Stars
This book is billed as #6 in the Rocktown Ink series, but it is also essentially #4 in the Smith Brothers. Turns out that Manic (or Levi, as he prefers to be called by Addie) is another cousin of Cash, Beau and Hank.
Much like Beau, Manic felt the need to leave the isolated mountains where they were born and raised, but that didn't stop it from being home. Since he is returning there for the first visit in ages, and needs a plus one, who better to drag along than Addie. He figures he can work on her resolve to keep him at a distance while they are at it. Only things don't go exactly to plan, not for any of it.
Much like all of the Smith men, once Levi finds his true love, he is all in! Even though it proves a lot tougher than he had anticipated. Not only does he love and adore Addie, but he fulfills her in ways that she could have only dreamed about. While totally being a big, tough, dominant dude, he is also all about pleasure and (other than a little bit of kidnapping) consent, all of which is such a turn-on.
But Addie is messed up in ways that Manic never even considered. And while her ideas are understandable, they certainly aren't reasonable or justified. Even though she knows this logically, it takes an awful lot for her to finally see reason.
In the meantime, however, Manic waits for her! Like, waits and waits and waits. That is most definitely the hottest thing of all, in my opinion. And it makes him totally worthy of the love and trust that she finally bestows upon him.
