BOOK TOUR for "Hunt of the Fallen (Heroes of the Tri-World, #1) by R.A. Zaugg

Ralin is an outsider among outsiders. The dominant Users, who can manipulate their souls to create unique and powerful abilities, shun him for his lack of inborn talent. And even among his fellow exiles, he must hide his past. On the very day that he finds a lasting purpose for his life, everything is turned completely upside down.

Wanted by the government, pursued by monsters and mercenaries, and plagued by strange nightmares, the young man must travel beyond everything he has ever known to discover what is so important about him to cause such powerful people want him as an ally, or want him dead. To survive, Ralin and his allies will be pushed to the limit as they battle rock monsters, traitors, the undead, and even Ralin himself.

Excerpt from "Hunt of the Fallen"  ~

Ralin sat as still as he possibly could. The animal was only a couple of paces away. It was not happy, and Ralin didn’t want to get in the path of another angry creature. They were both still for a moment, listening.

The cat moved like lightning and pounced, giving Ralin absolutely no time to react. Its front paws caught him full in the chest and knocked the breath right out of him. Falling back, his head hit a tree root. Before he passed out, he could see the large feline over him with a confused look in its fiery orange and yellow eyes. Above it, in the trees, Ralin thought he saw the outline of a strange white winged animal hovering above them.

“Whoops,” the cat muttered just as everything went black.
