There are a handful of new characters in Locked that have become incredibly important to the storyline (and where the story is going in the final book that comes out next year)! One in particular originally entered the scene as an extra character who was only there to highlight another new character. A few scenes later I had a character show up who was super important and I realized that this character was the one from earlier in the book and I just didn’t recognize them. They’re now one of my favorites… especially because I know what happens in the next book!
