COVER REVEAL for "Something Final (The Zodiac Cusp Kids, #7)" by Sarah Dale

Title: Something Final

Series Name and Number: The Zodiac Cusp Kids #7

 Author: Sarah Dale

Target Audience and Genre(s): YA fantasy

Release Date: 8/16/22

Blurb:

The adventures of the Zodiac Cusp Kids are laid to rest in the raw, cold February of 1989. The Portal has been spilling out more goop and increasingly dangerous goons for the past two years, and it’s getting worse. On top of that, the kids are facing a mysterious and charismatic figure from David’s past who’s not sitting quite right with Jenny. In order to decode the symbols from her vision, there’s only one thing to do; a week-long cram session at the library. The things they discover lead them straight toward the fight of everyone’s lives. It’s going to take every trick they’ve learned and the combined powers of The Coven, The Guardian, and the Zodiac Cusp Kids to end this story.

Something Final is the last of the stories drawn from Angie's diaries. Kept safely hidden for decades, they tell how the kids spent their teenage years - working with their mentor, Mr. Rakow, and Jenny's mom, Lorraine, who leads a coven, to come to the life-changing conclusion of their journey together.

Tracker220
by Jamie Krakover
Genre: Young-Adult Sci-Fi
Cover Designer: Jennifer Stolzer
Cover Reveal Date: June 10, 2020
Release Date: October 20, 2020
When everyone has a brain-interfacing tracking chip, one glitch threatens the entire network.
Kaya Weiss is that glitch.
Through thoughts and blinks, Kaya can access anyone or anything on the tracker network. But the authorities monitor everything — where Kaya goes, who she talks to, and what she searches. And without the ability to turn it off, Kaya and her family can’t observe a tech-free Shabbat. To fix the glitch, the authorities slice into her skull to reset her tracker,
leaving Kaya to question more than the system’s invasion into her faith.
Kaya won’t be a lab rat again.
Evading the authorities requires some serious tech skills the rogue underground Ghosts can offer. But Kaya’s not sure she can trust them — even if their top tech wiz, Bailen, has interest in her running deeper than her bum tracker. Kaya must decide if gaining freedom is worth losing her tracker’s infinite knowledge — because to take down the tracker network,
she must betray the only tech she’s ever known.

Meet the Author

T. Damon has been imagining new tales and bringing them to life through her writing since she was a young girl growing up in Burlingame, California. Though oddly enough, most of her professional life has been in the zoological field, where she volunteered at the San Francisco Zoo and worked as a tour guide at Safari West in Santa Rosa for many years. T. Damon always assumed she would make her career in the animal field, as she holds a Bachelor’s degree in Zoology, but her passion for writing was a fire within her heart that was not to be ignored.

Aside from writing, in her spare time she enjoys studying astrology, tarot, and anything magical or mystical. But since having any free moments with a toddler is rare, T. Damon mostly spends her days raising her young daughter, Lenore, and tending to her husband Mark and numerous pets at their home in Santa Rosa.

DESCRIPTION

The Age of Fire is coming. It’s written in the stars.

Trapped by dark magicians, the air nymph Kiri is running out of time. Like the rest of her kind, she’s bound to her homeland, and if she doesn’t return in seven days, she’ll die. Her only hope is in the magicians’ young apprentice, Darien, whose fierce gaze belies a kind heart. Despite her warnings, he helps her escape, and Kiri soon finds herself fleeing from relentless pursuers who will stop at nothing to recapture her and kill the boy who dared defy them.

With the magicians hot on their trail, Kiri and Darien embark on a treacherous journey through dangerous lands. But she soon learns that there’s more at stake than her own life. An ancient evil is stirring, one foretold to consume the world with fire. And Darien is at the center of it—though how, she doesn’t know.

Meanwhile, the clock is ticking on her life, and unless she can make it back to her land, she won’t live long enough to unravel the dark puzzles surrounding the intriguing, secretive young man—or stop the monstrous force bent on destroying everything.
